Couples Massage
Mobile Couples Massage
Two therapists arrive at your door at the same time, set up two tables side by side, and you and your partner each get a full professional massage simultaneously. No spa lobby. No driving. No splitting up into separate rooms. Each person chooses their own modality and pressure. The session happens in your living room, bedroom, or any room with enough space for two tables.
How Couples Massage at Home Works
A couples massage is two individual massages happening simultaneously in the same room. Two licensed therapists arrive together, each carrying their own professional table, oils, and supplies. Setup takes about ten minutes. The tables go side by side with enough space between them for the therapists to work comfortably. You and your partner get on your respective tables, and both sessions start at the same time.
The key advantage over a spa couples massage is customization. At a spa, couples rooms often force both people into the same modality and duration. At home with KEN, each person independently chooses their modality, pressure level, and focus areas. One partner can get deep tissue on their lower back while the other gets Swedish relaxation. One can book 90 minutes while the other books 60. The sessions are fully independent, they just happen to be in the same room at the same time.
The space requirement is straightforward. You need a room with approximately 14 by 12 feet of clear floor space, which is roughly the size of a living room with the coffee table pushed aside, a master bedroom with some furniture moved, or a family room. If you are not sure whether your space works, let us know when you book and we can advise. Most living rooms and master bedrooms in the communities we serve have more than enough space.
A spa couples massage means two separate cars, two lobbies, and driving home in traffic while your relaxation evaporates. A KEN couples massage means your couch is ten feet away when the session ends.
Is Couples Massage Right for You?
Great fit if you...
Want to share a relaxation experience with your partner, spouse, or significant other
Have a special occasion coming up: anniversary, birthday, Valentine's Day, or just a Friday night date
Both of you want massages but cannot find separate appointments that work with your schedule
Are hosting guests and want to offer a group experience (friends, siblings, parent-child)
Prefer to stay home rather than deal with spa logistics, separate cars, and coordinating pickup times
Consider another modality if you...
Only one person wants a massage (book a solo session instead, it is simpler and less expensive)
Your space cannot accommodate two tables side by side (you need roughly 14 by 12 feet of clear floor space)
One partner has a medical condition that requires a specialized modality your therapist needs advance notice for
What a Couples Massage Session Looks Like
Two therapists arrive together
Both therapists arrive at your home at the same time, each with their own professional table, face cradle, oils, and supplies. They introduce themselves, ask where you want the tables set up, and begin the setup process. Total setup time is about ten minutes.
Individual intake conversations
Each therapist has a separate intake conversation with their client. This means you and your partner independently choose your modality (Swedish, deep tissue, sports, etc.), pressure level, and focus areas. Your choices do not need to match. This is your session, not a package deal.
Side-by-side sessions begin
Both sessions start simultaneously. You and your partner are on your tables, a few feet apart, each getting the session you chose. The room has two sets of music playing softly (or your own playlist through a speaker). The experience is shared but the bodywork is individualized.
Sessions end together
Both therapists time their sessions to finish within a few minutes of each other. When the sessions end, both therapists step out. You and your partner get up at your own pace. The tables come down in about ten minutes, and the therapists check in before leaving.
Your evening continues at home
This is the part that makes home couples massage better than any spa. The session ends and you are already home. Open a bottle of wine, order dinner, or just lie on the couch together. No driving, no traffic, no post-spa parking lot reality check.
When Couples Massage Makes the Difference
The Anniversary Date Night
You want to do something for your anniversary that is not dinner at a restaurant. Book a couples massage for 8pm on a Friday. Two therapists arrive, set up in your living room. Ninety minutes later, the candles are still lit, you are both melted into the couch, and nobody had to make a reservation or find parking. Better than any restaurant.
The Parent Recharge
You and your partner have not had a real date in months. The kids are with the grandparents for the night. Instead of rushing to dinner and a movie, book a couples massage at home at 7pm. Two hours of pure recovery. You both choose what your body needs. When the therapists leave, the house is quiet and you are both actually relaxed for the first time in weeks.
The Valentine's Day Alternative
Every restaurant in the Antelope Valley and Santa Clarita Valley is packed on Valentine's Day. Every spa is booked solid. A couples massage at home avoids all of it. Book two weeks in advance, choose your time, and spend the evening in your own space instead of fighting for a table.
The Friends Massage
Couples massage is not limited to romantic partners. Book with your best friend, your sibling, your adult child, or your parent. Two people, two tables, same room. The person you bring is entirely up to you. Group wellness is a legitimate use case, not just a date night gimmick.
The Hotel Stay
You are staying at a Valencia hotel after a day at Six Flags Magic Mountain. Both of you are wrecked from eight hours of roller coasters and walking. A couples massage in your hotel room at 7pm. Two therapists, two tables, total recovery without leaving the building. Better than any spa the hotel concierge could recommend.

Couples Massage FAQ
How much does a couples massage cost?
Couples pricing by zone: Local Zone (Palmdale, Lancaster, Antelope Valley): $240 for 60 minutes, $340 for 90 minutes, $480 for 120 minutes. Extended Zone (Santa Clarita, San Fernando Valley): $300/$400/$600. Premium Zone (Burbank, Pasadena, Beverly Hills): $400/$500/$700. Pricing includes two therapists, two tables, and all supplies.
Do both people have to get the same type of massage?
No. Each person independently chooses their modality (Swedish, deep tissue, sports, etc.), pressure level, and focus areas. One person can get deep tissue on their back while the other gets Swedish relaxation. The sessions are fully customized per person.
How much space do we need for two tables?
You need approximately 14 by 12 feet of clear floor space. Most living rooms and master bedrooms work well with some furniture moved aside. If you are unsure, measure your space or describe it when you book and we will advise.
Can we book different session lengths?
Yes. One person can book 60 minutes while the other books 90 or 120 minutes. The sessions start at the same time, and the shorter session ends first. The therapist for the shorter session will pack up quietly while the other session continues.
Is couples massage only for romantic partners?
No. Couples massage is for any two people who want to share the experience. Friends, siblings, parent and child, roommates. The "couples" label refers to the format (two therapists, two tables, same room), not the relationship between the two people.
